The KitchenAid Ice Cream Attachment is a wonderful attachment to add to your KitchenAid Collection.

Delicious Ice creams and sorbets are extremely easy to make with this attachment They are a superb and delicious treat when made at home. After tasting a home made frozen treat it will be something that you will want to keep on doing and not go back to store bought products.

This attachment is easy to use. Make sure your bowl is in your freezer long enough, overnight is perfect. All that you need to do then is to mix the ingredients for your sorbet or ice cream and store them in your refrigerator.

When ready to make the frozen dessert just attach the Ice Cream Maker to your KitchenAid stand mixer and turn it on. Make sure you pour the mixture into the bowl while it is running and add it slowly. For sorbet you will be looking at a mixing time of approximately 15 mins, ice cream takes a bit longer at 25mins. Pop it then into clean plastic containers and back into the freezer. All finished!

To clean the Ice Cream Maker just hand wash the bowl and attachments as only the attachments are dishwasher safe. Now your the expert at frozen desserts that your family will enjoy.
